What does your typical daily routine look like?
In the mornings I always go to university and attend my lectures. Then I go to training and train there for about 3 hours. On Mondays I go to Sportomed in Mannheim for physiotherapy. After that I often have a short break and, depending on the day of the week, I have 1-2 afternoon events at the university. On Tuesday evening I'll go to physiotherapy again.

What has been the best moment in your career so far?
The best moment was my first start in the national jersey in London at the Athletics World Cup. This competition was very special because I jumped twice my best there. First 4.50m and then immediately afterwards 4.60m.

What is important to you in your diet?
I eat vegan and healthy. Above all, it is important to me that it is fresh and has not been treated with pesticides. I also make sure that my diet is varied. On the one hand, so that my body has everything it needs and, on the other hand, because otherwise I get bored quickly.

What do you do in your free time?
In addition to sports, studying also takes up a lot of time. To do this, I have to learn a lot in my free time. I also like to spend time with my cat. I love animals more than anything! Then I also like to meet up with friends or go shopping.
A topic that is also very close to my heart and that I enjoy
I invest my free time in animal and environmental protection.
